2. Maintenance

1. It is strictly forbidden to knock and knock on the surface of the roller, and the wear and tear of the magnetic tube shall be checked frequently. Replace the outer shell with a depth of more than 1 mm.

2. Often clean the surface of the magnetic rolling surface to absorb the unbroken iron scraps to reduce the wear, too much iron dust can cause great resistance and seriously affect the effect of the magnetic separation.

3. Ferromagnetic material (1mm above) is strictly forbidden to close to the surface of the magnetic rolling surface to avoid equipment damage. The larger iron is attached to the drum and may not be removed.

4. Always check the fixed screws in all parts to avoid the malfunction of the equipment.

5. Magnetic CARDS, mobile phones, watches and other easily magnetized items should not be close to the magnetic roll!
